Former NBA player Javaris Crittenton waived California extradition proceedings Wednesday and will be returned to Georgia in connection with his arrest in a murder case in Atlanta. Crittenton appeared before Superior Court Judge Upinder Kalra and said he had voluntarily signed the waiver.
